Our Muay Thai/ Kickboxing Program blends all stand up martial arts such as boxing, Muay Thai, Tae Kwon Do, and other Various Striking arts. Each Instructor in our program has 10+ years of experience in striking. This class will cover all techniques and concepts of the Kickboxing from the punches of Boxing, Kicks of arts like Tae Kwon Do and Karate, and the classic Knees and Elbows from the clinch of Muay Thai, and many more!
Muay Thai has been found to be one of the most effective Self Defense arts. We also have amateur and pro fight teams! Train alongside fighters and competitors! Learn as they do! This class will not only cover the sport of Muay Thai, but will also teach its application in self-defense and is a fun and unique way to learn something new and get into shape!
