Kids Classes
Lil' Champs
The Lil Champs class is meant for the young and small children. In this class we work with 4-8 year old girls and boys until they are ready to move onto the Kids Class. Incorporating basic Jiu Jitsu warm ups, animal warm ups, and basic self-defense techniques, this class will develop gross motor skills and teaching the students effective ways to deal with strangers, other kids, and any dangerous situations they may encounter. Our goal for these students is to provide them a safe and healthy environment to make new friends and develop lifesaving skills while having fun!
Kids' Jiu Jitsu
The Kids Program follows the Pedro Sauer Kids System that implements simple and effective Self- Defense techniques, as well as aspects and techniques of competitive Jiu Jitsu. The students will develop body mechanics, balance, and flexibility while getting a unique workout that you can only get through training Jiu Jitsu. The students will also have opportunities to compete in a sport that has a positive attitude and focuses on self-development. The students in the 4M Kids Jiu Jitsu program will develop self-confidence, healthy habits, and build friendships that can last a lifetime. Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is all about self-discovery and improvement while learning how to defend yourself when moments call for it.

5:30 to 6:15pm- 8 to 11 Years Old
6:15 to 7pm- 11 to 14 Years Old
Kids' Boxing
The 4M Kids Boxing program combines learning boxing techniques and working on cardio. The students will learn the different aspects of boxing while getting a fun workout and developing Self Control & Self Discipline. There are opportunities to compete as their skill set improves. Kids Boxing is for children 8-13 years old.
Kids' Kickboxing
The 4M Kids Kickboxing program is based off of the Invictus Kickboxing System, which blends the various techniques and concepts of the striking styles, such as Muay Thai, European Kickboxing, Tae Kwon Do and Karate, and Boxing. The students will learn the different aspects of striking at the same time as getting a fun workout and developing Self Control and Self Discipline. Students will know how to use striking in order to defend themselves or compete once they are of age. This class is a fun way for students to learn Kickboxing and Life Skills.

6:15 to 7pm- 11 to 14 Years Old

Our martial arts classes for kids are full exercise routines disguised as a boatload of fun! That’s because they are jam packed with activities, games and drills that are all designed to disguise the repetition of training.
Of course it’s important for your kids to exercise and wear themselves out – they stay healthy, sleep well, and develop their minds and bodies. But just as important, our classes will help develop at a young age the physical habits they need to grow into healthy adults.
SELF-DEFENSE FROM PREDATORS AND BULLIES
We never want our kids to have to use these skills in modern life, but every good parent still wants their kids to be safe.
That’s why our martial arts training is very serious about teaching your kids the skills needed for self-protection in any circumstance, from the neighborhood bully to a stranger on the street (and so much more).
But knowing how to defend oneself is only half the battle. Our classes teach your child the respect and self-discipline needed to diffuse a situation without violence whenever possible – as well as the knowledge to know when force is the only way to safety.

We can’t guarantee that their normal school teachers are making learning an enjoyable experience, but we DO guarantee that your kid will have a blast in our martial arts classes.
