4M Fitness presents Muay Thai – the art of “8 limbs”.
Muay Thai classes focus on using hands, elbows, knees, and feet as means of striking.
We will teach the proper technique of applying the strikes to make an effective offense. Additionally, we will explain how to properly defend against an oncoming attack and apply an effective counter strike.
Required equipment for the class: mouth piece, boxing gloves, shin guards suitable for kickboxing, and Muay Thai Pads. Equipment will be loaned to first time attendees.
