The curriculum will cover from Self-Defense and Anti-Bullying to Sport Jiu Jitsu.  As the team motto goes, Form Matters, so lessons will be more focused on positional transitions and proper technique. We will cover submissions as well, but they will not be the main focus. Our goal is to help the kids develop body coordination, grow their self- confidence, and build friendships that last a lifetime. Trainer: Bill Location: Mats 4M Fitness presents Muay Thai - the art of "8 limbs". Muay Thai classes focus on using hands, elbows, knees,  and feet as means of striking. We will teach the proper technique of applying the strikes to make an effective offense. Additionally, we will explain how to properly defend against an oncoming attack and apply an effective counter strike. Required equipment for the class:  mouth piece, boxing gloves, shin guards suitable for kickboxing, and Muay Thai Pads.  Equipment will be loaned to first time attendees.
